mambo⁺ stands for "Monitoring And Management Beautifully Organized". mambo⁺ is a tool which enables you to visualize and handle your domain portfolio or zone and detect important changes or incidents. Simple, fast and beautiful!
What is special about mambo⁺?
The individual features of mambo⁺ meet the needs of all entities that handle or deal with domains - such as Registries, Registrars, Resellers, Registrants, Journalists, Researchers. mambo⁺ provides an unrivaled setting: Due to the sophisticated data structure, the advanced software architecture, the unique use of sources and the highly attractive and user friendly interface mambo⁺ fulfills the highest requirements for a business intelligence tool. Conduct in-depth analysis on abuse cases within your domains, detect changes within rankings or determine the correlation between those features. With mambo⁺ you do not have to search for important changes. Based on the push-principle you will be informed by mambo⁺ in case anything happens that is of interest to you. Do you miss anything? What does mambo⁺ provide to mitigate domain name abuse?
An extensive range of different domain abuse cases is covered. mambo⁺ monitors abuse such as phishing, spam, botnets, and malware by continuously scanning different sources (third party and internal). These sources include free and commercial data for example from Spamhaus or URIBL. mambo⁺ processes the information in the system and prepares it for the generation of reports and alerts as well as customer specific workflows. It is fast, reliable, safe, and customizable.
Can I use mambo⁺ for free?
Yes. You may monitor and manage up to 10 domains with a free basic account. However, some features are not available such as automatic reports and alerts.

I am a registry operator. What information do I have to provide to use mambo⁺?
To use mambo⁺ you need to provide a valid email address, a convenient evidence for being the registry for a certain TLD and billing information.
I am a domain portfolio manager (registrar, reseller, registrant,...). What information do I have to provide to use mambo⁺?
To use mambo⁺ you need to provide a valid email address, a list of your domains you want to monitor and billing information.
What is the term for the subscription?
The term of the subscription is one year.
Which payment methods are allowed?
Payment is done by credit card or per invoice.
What do I need to do to cancel my subscription?

What is the period of notice for the subscription?
The period of notice for your subscription is one month before the end of your subscription.
Can I generate reports about a time period previous to my registration in mambo⁺?
Yes, every user can view available historic data for the sources he or she is entitled to use.
How can I configure my domain view?
Go to the Domain Views tab. At the bottom of the screen you will find the possibility to filter your domains as needed. The filter is applied when you click update or press enter in one of the input fields. Once you have applied a filter you can save it via the save button.
How can I export reports?
You have the chance to create reports via two different ways. Either you configure a report that is periodically sent to you. You can do this in the configuration tab. Alternatively, you can download a report for the currently active domain view. Reports in general are available in PDF and CSV format.
Can I have multiple user accounts within mambo⁺?
Yes. Each entity in the system has an entity admin. This account can be used to set up accounts for additional users. These users might have access to the same monitoring and management information and the same actions as the entity admin. However, the entity admin can restrict the user rights individually, e.g. which information is shared or what actions can be taken.
Why does mambo⁺ still show a domain as abused even though I have resolved the case?
Our sources regularly update their data to reflect the removal of domain name abuse. However, this process might require the domain to be "clean" for a certain time. Additionally, a different type of abuse might have been detected for your domain.
